Tax Payment Information
This year you can pay your taxes online. We highly recommend you use this method as it is convenient, fast, and easy. Please see the step-by-step directions below. For all other tax information please scroll down to the bottom of this document.
1. To pay your taxes online click on the link below. We recommend you open it in a new window so you can refer back to this window for step-by-step directions.
2. Click the “Accept and Sign in” circled below.
3. Select the “Search” item below.
4. Fill in your last and first name that is on the tax bill. Change tax year to Single, 2023, and select Town of Upham. Scroll to the bottom and click search.
5. Choose the properties that you want by clicking the little box next to the parcel number under the Property # column and click add to cart at the bottom.
6. Go to your cart and enter the amount you want to pay in the Payment tab for each property. If you are paying the first half the balance tab will reflect what is due after the payment you are making. If you are paying the full amount the balance tab will show zero.
7. Once this is done click the Checkout tab.
8. You will now go through the process of selecting how to pay. There are 3 options. E-Check($1.50 Flat fee), Debit card($3.95 Flat Fee), and Credit Card(2.39% of payment). Just follow the prompts and finish your transaction.
If you are paying your taxes by check please do as follows:
1. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS OUT FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF THE TAX TO BE PAID. (SEND PULL OFF TAB ON TAX BILL WITH PAYMENT) MAKE PAYABLE TO: TOWN OF UPHAM. MAIL TO: PO BOX 111, SUMMIT LAKE WI 54485-0111. IF YOU WANT A RECEIPT, PLEASE SEND A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE.
2. DOG LICENSE FEES ARE $16.00 FOR MALE OR FEMALE. $6.00 FOR NEUTERED MALE OR SPAYED FEMALE. PLEASE INCLUDE PET’S NAME, COLOR, BREED, SEX & VETERINARIAN’S NAME.
3. I WILL BE AT THE TOWN HALL THE FOLLOWING DATES AND TIMES. THE TOWN HALL IS LOCATED AT N9575 CTY HWY B SUMMIT LAKE 54585.
