The Town of Upham wants to give a huge thank you and shout out to the group of Seven (7) individuals from Bass Lake and the Deep Water Kettle Lake Association (DWKLA) who recently had another successful trash collection as part of the “Adopt A Highway” State of Wisconsin program along a 2.6  mile stretch of Hwy 45 from Koepenick Road south to Knight Road  This was their third trash pickup along that section of Highway 45. They picked up 13 bags of trash and some large debris like tires, gallon pails, etc.
