The Town of Upham wants to give a huge thank you and shout out to the group of Nine (9) individuals from Bass Lake and the Deep Water Kettle Lake Association (DWKLA) who had another successful trash collection as part of the “Adopt A Highway” State of Wisconsin program along a two(2) mile stretch of Hwy 45 from Koepenick Road south to Knight Road on Thursday, October 10th.  This was their second trash pickup along that section of Highway 45. They plan on doing the next trash pickup sometime in the spring of 2025.
