PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Upham Town Hall located at N9575 Cty Hwy B, Summit Lake, WI, a public hearing to propose a Driveway Easement Agreement from the Town of Upham to grant easements to each of the lot owners for permanent non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress and utilities from the Town Road known as Birch Point Road across and for the benefit of all lots as described as set forth in Exhibit B.
